The Retailgenius.com Referral Program allows registered Retailgenius.com users (Retailgenius.com User) to earn promotional credits (“Shopping Credits”) toward future shopping by referring friends to Retailgenius.com.
To participate, Retailgenius.com Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the Retailgenius.com Terms & Conditions.

1. Retailgenius.com Users can earn Shopping Credits towards future Retailgenius.com Shopping if:

   1. A referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Retailgenius.com account that complies with our Terms & Conditions

   2. The referred friend completes a Purchase.

   The referring Retailgenius.com User will be credited with the Shopping Credit amount described in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.

2. The Shopping credits can be redeemed in the user’s account as Genius Cash

3. Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites).

4. A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Retailgenius.com Users, only the corresponding Retailgenius.com User of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive Shopping Credit.

5. Only 25% of the total amount could be used as GeniusCash in one purchase.

6. Retailgenius.com may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Shopping Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Retailgenius.com Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Shopping Credits can change at any time.
